VIS, Inc. was formed in 2021 through a merger Between VIS LLC and NTK Enterprises, Inc., providing VIS with ownership of all intellectual property (IP) associated with Opti-K™, a patented laser based optical procedure and proprietary system for the treatment of Presbyopia. This is the first in a line of planned acquisitions.
VIS will continue to focus on acquiring proven medical laser based optical devices and procedures to diversify their current portfolio of offerings. VIS has the team, experience, and ability for new product acquisition, development, market entry, and commercialization.
The VIS mission is to commercialize and scale proprietary, laser-based optical device systems for ophthalmologists to treat patients using safe, fast, and affordable procedures with excellent results.
