As we advance the launch of our standalone Opti-K® Clinics across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), our business model has fully solidified.
VIS, Inc. is proud to introduce Opti-Klinic™, operating under the brand Vision Toronto. This opportunity is built on the proprietary Opti-K® device and non-invasive, repeatable LVC procedures designed to address visual impairments associated with presbyopia, hyperopia, and AMD. The model is underpinned by our associated device and procedural intellectual property (IP) and a Health Canada-approved Medical Device License (MDL).
Vision Toronto is seeking partnerships with GTA-based Medicine Professional Corporations (MPCs) under a Medical Service Organization (MSO) model. Under this structure:
• Voting shares of the MPC will be held by CPSO-licensed physicians, who will serve as directors, practice medicine, and oversee related clinical activities.
• VIS, Inc. will own and operate the business side as the MSO—leasing premises, owning equipment (including the Opti-K device), hiring administrative staff, managing marketing and branding (in full compliance with applicable regulations), and providing comprehensive management and administrative services under a formal agreement.
We are particularly interested in partnering with Ophthalmologists who are not currently performing refractive surgical procedures.
If you are an Ophthalmologist based in the GTA with your own MPC and would like to explore this opportunity, please contact us directly using vision@opti-klinic.com.
